Organic Common Vetch (Vicia sativa). Winter annual legume. Trailing growth habit gets max 18-24" tall. Tolerates many soil types, but needs good drainage. Blue to bluish purple flowers. Remains dormant thru most of the winter putting on most of its biomass in March and April. Use 1-2 pounds/ 1000 sq ft or 40-60 pounds/acre. Sold by the pound, type the amount of pounds wanted in the quantity box.
